Who We Are
The Emergency Department of the Retreat Hospital is available 24 hours a day. Assessment and triage will be done, then treatment and disposition. Any life-threatening emergency will be moved to the treatment area before others for immediate attention.
This Emergency Room (ER) offers critical and intensive care services and pediatric-friendly emergency care. The ER is a Primary Stroke Center.
If you need help determining if your symptoms require an ER visit, you can speak to a nurse 24/7 by calling (804) 320-3627 (DOCS).
The entrance to the ER is on Grove Avenue.
