Who We Are
As part of Health Benefits, the Veterans Transportation Service (VTS) is establishing Mobility Managers at participating VA facilities to help Veterans meet their transportation needs. VTS provides free transportation to qualifying Veterans to and/or from participating VA medical centers (VAMCs). Transportation is provided in a multi-passenger van.
Mobility Managers at participating VA medical centers (VAMCs) assist Veterans who are visually impaired, elderly, or immobilized due to disability or disease, in accessing transportation needs. Each authorized facility has ridership guidelines.
