Public Partnerships (PPL) is a fiscal management company for people who are choosing Self Direction in Virginia. Public Partnerships support you and your family in the choice to remain in your home and community. At PPL, they support individuals with a health condition or impairment, chronic illness, and aging adults to stay in their homes and communities. They give you the choice to hire your friends or family (once they pass a background check), or whoever else you feel most comfortable with, to provide the care you need.
