Who We Are

The Summit is a Life Plan Community that provides independent living featuring Lakeside Garden Homes. One-bedroom traditional, and two-bedroom apartment floor plans offer choices that feel like home with no maintenance inside and out. A continuum of care services is available where you live including:

  • short-term rehabilitation therapies,
  • long-term skilled nursing care.
