Mother of Mercy - Free Medical Clinic

The Mother of Mercy Free Medical Clinic provides appointments for annual physicals, disease management, sick visits, prenatal care, health classes, and referral to medical services including referrals to other Catholic Charities services.  They do not offer OB / GYN care, emergency appointments, advance illness care, dental, or vision care at this time.

All prospective patients must complete a Financial Intake Appointment to review eligibility criteria prior to being seen by a physician. Please call the Appointment and Intake Line at 703-335-2779 to schedule your screening. You must bring all documentation with you at the time of your financial screening.

Patient Eligibility Criteria:

• Adult Resident of Western Prince William County, Manassas City, and Manassas Park
• Income at or below 200% of the Federal poverty level
• No insurance or underinsured
