Get DirectionsWho We Are
Richmond Behavioral Health Authority's (RBHA) school-based programs use a behavior modification and level system model that has demonstrated effectiveness in helping children change their behavior.
Each day, youth will:
- Receive feedback about how their behavior impacted their success in school and their relationship with others;
- Receive coaching and guidance throughout the school day;
- Learn positive behaviors to replace negative behaviors;
- Work individually with their case manager to learn new skills;
- Work with peers in groups to practice new skills;
- Have the opportunity to earn and save points based on good behavior, cash-in points for tickets and small rewards, advance levels and graduate.
The Level System is an opportunity for your child to earn recognition for improvement and to help others in the program.
