Kissito Healthcare Maple Grove is a 60 bed dually certified nursing facility located in Southwest Virginia. Some of the skilled nursing services available are:

• Long-term care for those suffering from dementia and chronic ailments that can no longer be managed at home;

• Diabetic teaching and management

Dementia and Alzheimer's care is available in a state-of-the-art safety and security environment, with daily opportunities for success and reinforcement of self-worth.

Also provided is 24-hour nursing support, supervision and assessments for those requiring short-term, intensive physical, occupational or speech therapy through the rehabilitation department.
