Who We Are
At Planning District One Behavioral Health Services, Infant and Toddler Connection of DILENOWISCO serves eligible children under age three living in Lee, Wise, Scott, Dickenson Counties or the City of Norton in their natural environment. All enrolled children receive service coordination. Additional services provided as needed included:
- Developmental Services (previously called Special Instruction),
