Who We Are

Hospice services provided to persons who have been diagnosed with 6 months or less to live due to terminal illness.  We treat the physical needs of patients and their emotional and spiritual needs. Services are focused on improving the quality of life and providing comfort and symptom management.  Services are provided in the home, nursing home or rest home facility,

Bereavement and counseling services are provided to individuals, families and the community. Coordination with other community resources as needed.  Affiliate of Hugh Chatham Memorial Hospital.  24 hour services available as well as weekend hours.
