Memory Care, Chesterfield

Bickford of Chesterfield offers memory care for residents suffering from Alzheimer's or dementia. Memory Care is a home-like atmosphere with an RN to provide care coordination and certified caregivers to help with bathing, dressing, toileting, mobility, medication management, and dementia programming.  Care coordination can include finding quality physical therapists or following up with a primary care physician, organizing pill reminders, preparing special diets, renting medical equipment, scheduling home health, and more.
