Who We Are
Rockbridge Area Community Services (RACS) provides Case Management Services which help the child or adolescent and family evaluate not only what treatment needs should be addressed, but also what resources are available within the child or adolescent, family and the community to meet those needs.
The case manager is responsible for:
- Maintaining contact with the child or adolescent and family,
- Monitoring the child or adolescent's progress,
- Evaluating the effectiveness of services being provided,
- Determining what additional services would be beneficial.
