Who We Are
A program of Horizon Behavioral Health, Intermediate Care Facility (ICF-ID) services at Powell provide intensive residential support at the highest community-based level. Services are similar to those provided in group homes with the addition of professional contractual staff such as Behavioral Psychologists, Dieticians, Education Specialists, etc.
