Who We Are
Horizon Behavioral Health Supported Employment to meet the needs of individuals with disabilities who desire employment. Additionally, the program's focus is to meet the vocational needs of youths ages eighteen through 24 who seek a career or further education through vocational schools or colleges.

Crisis emergency services are available 24 hours per day, every day.
Intake Process
Call for a required appointment. Same day assessments for all ages are available Monday through Friday from 8:30AM-3:00PM. Same day assessments at the Bedford center are available on Mondays only.
