Outpatient Services for Children and Adolescents

Highlands Community Services understands the unique needs of children and their families. The program offers a wide variety of services specifically designed to meet those needs through Outpatient Services for Children and Adolescents. These offerings are meant for those whose behavioral, emotional, or substance use challenges have become significant but do not warrant hospitalization. These are short-term interventions that result in long-term impact.



The assistance that we provide is accomplished through individual and/or group therapy plans, which are tailored to meet your child’s unique needs and may include any number of the following specialties:

• Play Therapy;
• Art Therapy;
• Autism Services;
• Substance Abuse Services;
• Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) Therapy;
• Theraplay.
