Continuing Care Retirement Community, Cedarfield

Cedarfield is a full-service continuing care retirement community. A Lifecare community designed for an active retirement lifestyle. Cedarfield is open to individuals of all faiths, nationalities, and races. At present Cedarfield consists of independent living apartments, cottages, Assisted Living apartments, private rooms in the Special Care (memory support), and licensed health care beds (all private rooms). Twenty different floor plans to choose from for apartments and four-floor plans for cottages. The Samaritan Fund is a Benevolent Care Fund offered to residents who have outlived their assets.

Entrance Fees are based on the size of the residence, the number of occupants, and which residency agreement you choose.

Call for more details. Once accepted, life care independent residents are provided with lifetime residency through nursing care with no increase in monthly fees.

The monthly fee includes all utilities except telephone, thirty meals per month per person for Independent Living, and three meals a day for other levels of care:

• cable TV,
• weekly housekeeping,
• inside and outside maintenance,
• linen service weekly,
• security 24 hours,
• emergency call system,
• trash removal,
• wellness program including a fitness center and heated indoor pool,
• transportation to social, recreational, and medical appointments,
• on-site pharmacy and banking,
• elegant or casual dining,
• various support groups and spiritual life opportunities.

Accredited by the Continuing Care Accreditation Commission (CCAC) and EAGLE Accreditation, a voluntary self-assessment and peer review process designed to enhance the quality of services provided at church-related, not-for-profit ministries.
