Who We Are
The Jefferson retirement community is a full service continuing care community that provides not only independent living, assisted living, and memory care, but also provides rehabilitation and recovery and rehabilitation services should the need arise. These services comfort our residents and their families, offering peace of mind in knowing that there are choices within the community in case additional care is needed. Capacity is 75.
