Who We Are
The Colonnades is a Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC) providing independent and senior assisted living services, memory care, long term nursing care, and our Rehabilitation and Recovery Program. The various levels of care in our community bring relief to our residents and their families when unexpected changes arise.
