Who We Are
Cedars Healthcare Center is a skilled nursing facility located in Charlottesville, Virginia. Conveniently, we are about five minutes from Martha Jefferson Hospital. In addition to providing quality long term care, we also offer short term care for those recuperating after a surgery or hospital stay. Our other services include physical, speech and occupational therapy, wound care and IV therapy. Cedars Healthcare also offers many recreational and social activities, such as pet therapy, cooking classes and spiritual services. Capacity is 143 residents.
