Who We Are
Dominion Village at Poquoson in Poquoson, Virginia, provides assisted living care for residents with Alzheimer's or dementia. At Dominion Village at Poquoson, FLOURISH℠ Memory Care is the Alzheimer’s and Memory Care program, that encourages independence, rediscovery, and exploration, all in a secure and caring environment.
Along with providing daily living assistance and coordinating any necessary medical care, the staff is dedicated to addressing the residents’ cognitive needs. Each staff member receives intensive training specifically in Alzheimer’s care.
