The Independence Resource Center (IRC) offers Options Counseling. This is an interactive decision-support process for individuals with disabilities are assisted in their deliberations to make informed long-term support choices in the context of the individual’s preferences, strengths, needs, values and individual circumstances. Decisions are made with support from family members, caregivers or significant others.
