Who We Are

The Rappahannock Area Community Services Board (RACSB) offers ten group homes for individuals with developmental disabilities. Group homes provide congregate living arrangements to a small group of adults with recognized developmental disabilities.  

Individuals who live in our 24-hour supervised group homes receive total care assistance, medication administration, healthy meals and snacks, recreation, trips, personalized care, and the chance to live in their community. All of our homes are fully accessible and include surveillance cameras in common living areas.

The homes are located in the communities Fredericksburg City and the counties of Stafford, Caroline, King George, and Spotsylvania.
