Who We Are
Richmond Behavioral Health Authority (RBHA) offers respite services for caregivers of individuals with behavioral health and developmental disorders. Respite is specifically designed to provide temporary, substitute care for an individual who is normally taken care of by a family member or an unpaid caregiver. Respite is also designed to focus on the need of the caregiver for temporary relief and to help the caregiver avoid physical and emotional stress caused by the dependent's continuous need for care and support.
