Mental Health Free Clinic

Fredericksburg Counseling Services is now a free mental health clinic.  The mission of this agency is to provide access to counseling and related services, without charge, to low-income and uninsured people of the region. The goal is to help people work toward freedom from mental and emotional problems, family and marital conflicts, and various other situations that affect the quality of life.



Services include mental health screening, individual, couples, family counseling, case management for clients, and educational presentations.
