Lynchburg Area Center for Independent Living (LACIL) offers Cardinal Care Medicaid Waiver Services including;

  • Facilitation of the Elderly Disabled Consumer Directed (EDCD)
  • Personal Attendant Services (PAS).
  • Case management for the Developmentally Delayed (DD).
  • Transition Coordination from institutions to home.
