This program is dedicated to serving TANF (Temporary Assistance to Needy Families) recipients with obstacles to employment. The Program is designed to move TANF recipients toward personal and economic independence. Services are provided through training programs and Goodwill Community Employment Centers (CEC). Each of these services is designed to give clients the skills and training needed to find a job and keep a job.
The TIE program provides an array of integrated services, including:
- Intensive case management
- Job-seeking skills training
- Intervention/advocacy on the job
- Various life skills workshop
