Strengthening Our System's (SOS) Mental Health Support Services provides home and community-based programs which include training, assistance, and monitoring for adults with a mental health diagnosis and who meet eligibility criteria. The goal is to prevent future hospitalizations and to improve daily living and functioning skills. This program is an adjunct service to psychiatric and other service providers who care for the individual.
