Who We Are

Parish/Faith Community Nurses provide health screenings, assessment, education, visitation and regional referral services, from a whole-person health (body-mind-spirit) perspective in their individual congregations. There are approximately 70 Parish/Faith Community Nurses representing more than 50 different faith communities at work in the region.



Valley Health is one of the collaborating partners supporting the Parish/Faith Community Nursing efforts, along with Shenandoah University and a number of regional clergy and nurses.
