North 13th Street is an assisted living facility that serves Arlington adults with mental health diagnoses in a supportive eight bed home in the community. Ambulatory residents only. We strive to provide a normalizing environment, where we assist residents to improve their health and afford them the opportunity to fully engage in their recovery processes. North 13th St. provides structure and supportive services, including nursing care, coordination of medical care and therapeutic services, to address the mental health needs of residents. Staff members at 13th St. (and all Assisted Living Facilities) are Virginia Board of Nursing Certified Medication Aids, which means they have completed 68 hours of Medication Aid train and an additional 20 hours of Direct Care training.
