Who We Are

Osage House is a co-ed 24-hour residential facility that is designed to provide housing and training in independent living skills for individuals with a developmental disability residing in the cities of Petersburg, Colonial Heights, Hopewell, and the counties of Dinwiddie and Prince George.

Wagner House is a 3 bedroom residential home for men with intellectual disabilities.

Julep House is a 3 bedroom residential home for women with intellectual disabilities.



Services include: Self Care/Self Maintenance Skills, Community Integration, Money Management, Socialization, Emergency Resource Training, Housekeeping, Cooking, Shopping, Recreation and Leisure Time Activities, and Functional Academics.



Admission requirements include: adults with intellectual disability ages 18 years or older, having the ability to adjust to group living situations, free of severe behavioral disorder that would require any type of restraint or confinement, having an appropriate day placement, and able to take care of medical needs on an outpatient basis.
