Who We Are
The Sponsored Residential Home is a unique program which enables an individual with a developmental disability the opportunity to be a part of a family and community as opposed to living in a group home or institution. The sponsor (the individual or family providing services in their home) is responsible for ensuring the customer's health and safety, implementing the Individual Service Plan (ISP), delivering services, coordinating and tracking medical care. Sponsoring an individual can be an exciting and rewarding career opportunity.
