American Cancer Society Patient Resource Navigator, Winchester Medical Center, Wellspring

The American Cancer Society Patient Resource Navigator is a free resource for cancer patients and their families.  

A Patient Navigator based in the Radiation Oncology Department at Winchester Medical Center meets with cancer patients to provide information to help them navigate the complex decision-making required following a cancer diagnosis. The Navigator provides short-term distress counseling as needed and makes patient referrals to community services. The Navigator also helps patients and families connect with resources in the community and through the American Cancer Society.
