Christopher Center Memory Care

The Christopher Center at Our Lady of Perpetual Help provides personalized memory care support for residents with Alzheimer's and other dementia treatment needs.

The Christopher Center includes three memory care pavilions, each featuring a bright atrium with a central area made up of a nurse’s station, sunroom, dining room, and activity room. Resident rooms surround the central area. Each suite features a Memory Box just outside the door that showcases a resident's photos and mementos. All indoor spaces are lit to create a calm ambiance. A gated walking area allows residents to enjoy the outdoors whenever they like.

The Reflections Memory Care Program at Our Lady of Perpetual Help offers a fresh perspective on memory care.  Specialized training, careful selection of caregivers, and a resident-focused approach are hallmarks of the Reflections program.
