Who We Are
Pleasant View helps individuals work in the community in either an enclave or individual work site. The support employment offers training; support is provided by a job coach.
In the Individual Model -- Individual support is provided, one-to-one, by a job coach to a worker in an employment position until support can be decreased gradually as the worker becomes more proficient.
In the Enclave Model --support is offered for multiple persons working together as a group at a job site.
