Who We Are
King's Grant is a full-service retirement or life plan community and a licensed Continuing Care Community, offering three levels of care: independent living, assisted living, and nursing care. Independent living options include cottages, apartments, or patio homes, with a variety of floor plans. Residents typically enter on an independent level and progress through the continuum of care.
An entrance fee and monthly service fee entitles the resident to a meal per day, weekly housekeeping services, weekly flat linen and laundry service, 24-hour clinic, transportation free of charge to local area shopping, etc., wellness center/fitness programs, complete interior and exterior maintenance, water and sewer, cable TV, in house telephone, 24-hour response system, planned events and activities, complete building and appliance maintenance and priority admission to assisted living, catered living, health care, as needed. Choice of cottage or apartment home for residential status.
