Low Income Apartments

Marywood apartments offers one bedroom apartments for seniors and adults with disabilities.  There are a number of accessible or modified units and you can request modifications to a unit.  The accessible units are located on different floors.  The building entrances are wheelchair accessible.  There are handicapped parking spaces and curb cuts.



Each apartment home comes fully equipped with stove, refrigerator, garbage disposal, wall to wall carpeting, and individually controlled heating and air conditioning. Each apartment contains an emergency pull cord system which is monitored twenty-four hours a day.  Specially designed barrier-free apartment homes are available to accommodate those residents who are mobility impaired.



Van transportation to shopping and grocery store.  Daily and evening activities programs, on-site beauty salon, and central laundry room on the first floor.  Public transportation is 1/8 mile from the building.
