Who We Are
Haven Mount Vernon offers one and two bedroom apartments for independent living. Total number of units is 216; number of accessible or modified units is 12. Location of accessible units is first floor. Accepts Section 8 housing vouchers. Each apartment home includes a patio or balcony, access to high speed internet, Cable and Verizon FIOS, wall-to-wall carpeting, spacious closets, washer/dryer and dishwasher.
Community amenities include a swimming pool, new playground, grilling area, clubroom and 24 hour emergency maintenance service. Cats and dogs are welcome
Building entrances are wheelchair accessible, also handicapped parking spaces, curb cuts, ramps with handrails, grab bars (shower/tub), wide doorways (wheelchair accessible).
Public transportation is one block from the building.
