The Reserve at Potomac Yard have 588 units of one and two bedroom apartment for independent living.  All 588 units are accessible or have been modified.  There are 10 handicapped accessible apartments.  The building entrances are wheelchair accessible.  There are elevators with Braille, curb cuts, handicapped parking spaces, ramps with handrails.  Handicapped apartments have grab bars (shower/tub) wide doorways (wheelchair accessible), low cabinets, sinks, and countertops, raised toilet.



Public transportation is 1/2 mile from the building.  Shuttle to the Metro is provided.
