Nursing Facility

The Laurels of Charlottesville provide extended and long-term care for individuals that require greater levels of care and support than can be provided at home or within an independent living setting. Guests receive around the clock nursing care, nutritious and appetizing meals and a broad variety of recreation and leisure opportunities.



Other medical care needs are dialysis support, palliative care, Parkinson's Disease program and Restorative care.



Short term nursing and rehab services are available for individuals transitioning from hospital to home. Short term care includes orthopedic rehabilitation, cardiac recovery, infection resolution, wound healing, digestive disease program and respiratory program.
