Who We Are
The Willows at Meadow Branch is a residential and assisted living care facility for both men and women who require assistance with at least two activities of daily living. This level of service includes individuals who require only the residential level of care. Capacity for assisted living and memory care is 85 residents.
The facility allows each resident to maintain as much independence as possible in private apartments. Services include chef-prepared meals, regular housekeeping services, laundry, emergency systems in bedrooms, onsite barber and hair salon, and nursing assistance. A registered nurse is available for residents who need or desire staff to administer medications prescribed by their physician.
Residents under this level of care would receive all the benefits of the Personal Care program plus the peace of mind in knowing that professional nurses are overseeing their medication administration. Personal Care Plus includes the lower level of care plus assistance with bathing, dressing, assistance to and from meals and assistance with personal management of incontinence.
