Who We Are
Claridge House 1 (Senior residence) provides single bedroom apartments to the elderly. Provides front desk staff 24 hours per day. Residents may arrange for catered meals 5 evenings a week. 300 subsidized apartments for income eligible persons age 62 and over. Social and recreational facilities. County sponsored evening meal and home care program available to 50 residents. Accessible parking spaces, curb cuts, elevators with braille, grab bars, wide doorways, low cabinets, sinks, counter tops, raised toilets.
