Who We Are

Grafton Group Home in Winchester provides a residential home for males and females ages 18 or older with autism or developmental disabilities that may also include a concurrent psychiatric condition and for people with challenging behaviors. Group home living is ideal for people who have disorders but are able to live with some amount of independence in a caring, supportive environment with immediate care available if necessary. Individuals live in homes located within the community, which provide an opportunity to participate in community activities. Transportation services are provided for scheduled events.



Grafton group homes for adults require long-term living arrangements. The adults served, qualify for the intermediate level of care programs funded by Medicaid's Community-Based Waiver programs.
