Iliff Nursing Center

Iliff Nursing and Rehabilitation Center offers long-term nursing care to meet the physical, emotional, intellectual, social and spiritual needs of the residents. 24-hour care team is on call for routine and emergency medical needs. Nursing team works to keep residents as flexible, mobile and independent as possible. Available are therapeutic diets, beauty and barber services, and respite care. Capacity is 130 beds.



Short term rehabilitation is available to bridge the gap between hospital and home-again. Complete range of subacute and post-surgical care is available.



Languages spoken are English, Spanish, Farci. Call the Admissions Director to set up an appointment with bilingual assistance.
