Who We Are
The Employment Referrals and Job Readiness Training of Spanish Catholic Center provide employment counseling and Job Readiness Training for individuals, assistance with employment applications and job search, training on interview techniques, resume preparation, personal presentation and customs in the U.S., employment posting and placement, budget counseling and income tax preparation.
Employers are helped with matching potential employees to their employment needs. Job opportunities are compiled and distributed each week.
The new client orientations are held in DC on Monday and Tuesday from 9:30 AM until 10:30 AM (Spanish), and Thursday from 10:00 AM until 11:00 AM (English) and 1:30 PM until 2:30 PM (Spanish). The programs are open to all DC, MD and VA residents 18 years or older.
