Who We Are
Community Centers serve as gathering spot for 15 local neighborhoods to meet, grow, and learn as neighbors and part of a larger community. Sacramento Neighborhood Center and Creekside Village Community Center offer programs for local residents serving all ages.
Our centers are places where residents of all ages connect with their neighbors, learn to lead, and make changes that strengthen the community where their families live.
Under a community partnership like the Fairfax Department of Neighborhood & Community Services, resources are provided for learning, mentorship, and health screenings to community residents. English as a Second Language (ESL) is offered in the evenings.
