Who We Are

Danville House, originally the Hotel Danville, is a low income housing apartment subsidized by the federal government's HUD (Housing and Urban Development Division) for seniors age 62 and older or for seniors age 50 and older with a disability.  Contact Danville House for complete details on the current vacancies and housing applications. Community Amenities include: laundry facilities, community room, TV/Recreation room, a Resident Services Coordinator, 24-hour emergency maintenance, and on-site management.

Most of the apartments are one bedroom; limited number of 2 bedroom apartments. All apartments are accessible. There is a waiting list.
