Consulate Health Care of Williamsburg is a 90 bed skilled nursing center. The nursing home offers quality care for physical and mental well being in a supportive home-like setting. Center offers three levels of care intermediate, skilled and Alzheimer's. Located in Jamestown and convenient to Williamsburg Community Hospital, Mary Immaculate Hospital and Riverside Regional Medical Center. Residents are accepted for both short term and long term stays.
Comprehensive rehabilitative services, as well as physical therapy, occupational therapy and speech-language pathology offered. Respiratory therapy, IV therapy services, parenteral/enteral therapy are available. Our facility offers 24-hour skilled nursing care to both short term and extended stay residents. Our Alzheimer's Special Care Unit was specifically designed to allow freedom of movement while insuring the resident's safety.
