Who We Are

The Helping Hands Stroke Club meets every Friday from 1:00 - 2:00 p.m.  It is part of the Speech and Hearing Clinic at the Joseph Willard Health Center.  Meeting topics vary and are comprised of open discussions, guest speakers, fitness demonstrations, cooking classes, potlucks, health expos, game days, and creative therapies such as art and music therapy. Group speech therapy occurs every 2nd and 4th Friday of the month from 11:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m. Also, a Caregiver Group meets quarterly. Interpreter services are available. Call ahead of the meeting in order to arrange for an interpreter.
