Woodhaven at Williamsburg Landing

Woodhaven at Williamsburg Landing, part of the Life Plan community, is residential and assisted living care service that offers assistance to Williamsburg Landing residents who require help with activities of daily living but want to live as independently as possible.  The facility includes apartments designed for couples. Assisted living services are not available to individuals who reside outside of the Williamsburg Landing community.

Assisted living services include:

• Medication management.
• Assistance with bathing, dressing, and other activities of daily living.
• Specialized treatments.
• 24-hour support from nurses and nurse aides.
• Transportation.
• All meals are served in our dining room.
• Physician visits in the clinic or your apartment.
• Laundry and housekeeping.

Specific services are continually evaluated in order to accommodate residents' current and changing needs. The capacity for assisted living and memory support is 120 residents.
