Who We Are
The Rose Garden Memory Care Center (Care Center) is licensed as a self-contained safe, secure environment for individuals with cognitive impairments due to Alzheimer's or dementia who cannot recognize danger or protect their safety and welfare.
The custom-designed Rose Garden Memory Care Center is an environment designed with indoor and outdoor environments. Designed to specifically serve seniors with a diagnosis of Alzheimer’s or other dementia, our unique Reflections Memory Care Program is vibrant and allows residents to live within the memories still within them. Capacity for assisted living and memory care is 165.
Apartments feature bathrooms with special safety features, emergency call systems in bedrooms and bathrooms, and individual climate control. The Care Center features include a sunroom, music, and TV area, a secured patio garden with a walking path, benches, and raised gardening bed. Residents have a custom care plan for medication administration, activities of daily living, apartment cleaning, and personal laundry, assistance with mobility, transfers, and meals, stimulating music programs, activities (including off-site trips with companions), and one-on-one care as needed. Studio and one-bedroom apartments are available.
