Volunteers, VCU CMH Auxiliary

The purpose of Auxiliary is to advance the welfare of the VCU Community Memorial Hospital through ways approved by the governing body of the hospital. The volunteers donate many hours of their time to hospital.



The VCU Community Memorial Hospital Auxiliary volunteer activities include patient related services and various clerical duties. Areas of services include: gift shop; in-service, hospital; in-service, annex; oncology; emergency department; admissions/registration; medical records; recovery room; lifeline; cardiovascular department; surgical waiting area.



The Auxiliary also provides scholarships to nurses who are working toward additional education.  Call for more information.
